Susan S. Connors
Susan S. Connors, Product Manager for Engineered Business Systems, Inc., has over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing management, business start-ups and organizational planning. She is a leader in the sales and implementation of dedicated software and hardware products.
Since joining EBS in January 2001, Ms. Connors has made significant contributions to the companys products and to long-term customer loyalty. Ms. Connors is credited with a substantial increase in software sales, advanced product usage, and license renewals. Some of Ms Connors responsibilities include the development of new applications for the companys software products, EBS product marketing and advertising, licensee training programs, and management of both internal and external software sales representatives. Ms. Connors also chairs the EBS Mortgage Bankers Conference.

Franchise Industry Experience
Ms. Connors was responsible for the successful start-up of a national franchise company, resulting in the opening of 100 franchise units over a three-year period. She was personally responsible for the recruitment of more than half of the total number of franchisees, who were primarily senior banking and financial executives. As the franchise companys Director of Franchise Sales and Marketing, she recruited, trained, and managed 40 franchise sales affiliates in 16 states. As Director of Franchise Advertising, she was responsible for the development and implementation of the franchise company's in-house advertising agency, and development of strategic alliances including American Express, The Wall Street Journal, and the Toys for Tots Foundation.
Advertising Industry Experience
Ms. Connors is responsible for the start-up of a Ft. Lauderdale-based advertising agency, where she produced award-winning collateral for The Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center, planned and implemented highly successful events and marketing campaigns for Concord Asset Management Company and Arvida Corporation.
Personnel Recruitment Industry Experience
Previously, Ms. Connors spent 17 years as an award-winning professional in the personnel recruitment industry, where she recruited personnel for the banking and financial industries. As an industry consultant, she was responsible for the profitable reorganization of branch and regional offices for Snelling and Snelling, CBS Personnel, and Winston Personnel.
Affiliations
Ms. Connors served as VP of the Sales and Marketing Executives Association of South Florida for several years, where she received the organizations Director of the Year award. She also served as the VP of the Tri-County Business Association and was recognized by the City of Coral Springs, Florida for her efforts in bringing the first international trade delegation to that city.
Ms. Connors holds a degree in Liberal Arts/Languages and speaks German and French.
