Vito A. Bellezza

Vito Bellezza has served as a director and the CEO of EBS and its subsidiary companies since November 2000. Prior to this recent appointment, Mr. Bellezza served as Chairman of the Investment Managers National Conference and Exposition.

Mr. Bellezza also held the position of Chairman of the Board and CEO of Tangent Solutions, Inc. (formerly known as Triangle Imaging Group). During the five years that he was with the company, Mr. Bellezza purchased control of a non-operating public company, settled a long-standing lawsuit, arranged for financing of the company, completed six acquisitions, and reported increased profits for six consecutive quarters following the first acquisition.

From the first acquisition, on December 2, 1996, Mr. Bellezza led the company to profits in excess of $1.5 million; during the same period of time, the common stock of the company rose from $0.10 per share to a peak of $5.60.

Mr. Bellezza previously served on the board of two NASDAQ companies.
